About the Role



We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join CAPS. This role is focused on

rapid response to inbound leads generated from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns

, performing

cold/warm calling

,

messaging

, and

maintaining excellent CRM hygiene

. Your goal is to convert new inquiries into qualified appointments and sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement



Call and message all inbound leads from Meta campaigns within defined response-time SLAs. Conduct cold/warm outreach via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other channels as needed. Qualify leads and identify their needs to determine fit for CAPS services. Maintain high-volume daily outreach (calls + messages).

CRM Management



Accurately update, manage, and track all lead interactions in the CRM. Maintain strict CRM organization and data hygiene--no missing fields, untracked calls, or unlogged notes. Move leads through the pipeline based on activity, qualification, and outcomes.

Sales Support & Conversions



Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team or conduct initial sales calls depending on structure. Assist with follow-ups to ensure maximum lead conversion. Hit weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, connection rate, qualification rate, and conversions. Contribute directly to revenue growth through commissions on converted sales.

Qualifications



Prior experience in sales, cold calling, customer outreach, or appointment setting (preferred). Excellent communication skills--comfortable speaking on the phone and writing professional messages. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) preferred. Ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and stay disciplined with outreach volume. High energy, positive attitude, and strong persistence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
