Key Responsibilities
Visit schools within the assigned region to promote and sell books.
Present and demonstrate additional educational products to school authorities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school management.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect payments from schools as per agreed credit terms and ensure timely reporting.
Maintain daily visit reports, order records, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for product supply, order processing, and collections.
Attend exhibitions, school events, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
0-3 years of field sales experience (experience in school/education sales is a plus).
Basic English-speaking skills (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
Minimum qualification: Graduate
