Terms of Reference (ToR)

Purpose of Role:


To drive secondary sales, expand retail coverage, maintain strong relationships with retailers, and ensure timely order booking and scheme execution in the assigned territory.

Core Responsibilities:



Visit retail outlets daily to book orders and promote products Achieve monthly sales targets and outlet activation goals Educate retailers on schemes, discounts, and new launches Ensure proper visibility and merchandising at outlets Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence Coordinate with delivery/logistics team for timely fulfillment Update CRM or sales app with visit logs and order details Resolve retailer queries and escalate issues to Sales Manager Participate in promotional drives and field campaigns
