Key Responsibilities:



Visit dealers, distributors, and retail points regularly to ensure a strong market presence. Generate sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network. Promote product awareness in local markets through consistent market visits and demonstrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Ensure timely order execution, follow-ups, and payment collection.

Qualification & Experience:



Graduation in any discipline. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building material sector.

Skills Required:



Strong sales and negotiation skills. Basic IT proficiency. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
