Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Understand client requirements and propose customized interior design solutions
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Track sales performance and report metrics to management
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
2-3 years of proven sales experience in interior design or related industries
Strong understanding of design principles and current trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
