Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products ( cosmetics) to existing and prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with distributors and key accounts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Identify new market opportunities and increase market penetration in the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients as needed.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Ensure proper visibility and merchandising of products at retail points.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and market feedback.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and territory status.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Any Graduate
Proven sales experience in the
cosmetics sector
(1-2 years preferred).
Strong understanding of retail and distribution networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively..
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local retail and beauty market trends.
Passion for cosmetics, skincare, or beauty-related products .
