The Sales Executive - Architecture Segment will be responsible for driving sales through partnerships with architects, interior designers, and construction firms. The role involves identifying project opportunities, building strategic relationships, and promoting the company's product range within the architectural and design ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, and consultants.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct presentations, site visits, and technical product demonstrations.
Work closely with project and technical teams to tailor client solutions.
Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline, leads, and conversion rates.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills
Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of architectural materials, design products, or building systems.
Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset.
Ability to handle project-based, consultative sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
3- 5 years of experience in B2B or architectural sales.
