Job Title: Architectural Product Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and contractors.
- Regularly meet PSUs, Government Departments, MES (Military Engineering Services Contractors), and other key decision-makers to introduce and promote products.
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and client referrals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product samples, and mock-ups to key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth in assigned territory.
Project & Site Visits:
- Visit active and upcoming project sites to understand product requirements and provide technical support.
- Coordinate with project Manager to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of architectural and acoustic product lines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain CRM reports and submit daily/weekly sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, accounts) for order processing and timely delivery.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in B2B & B2C sales or architectural product sales.
- Good understanding of project sales cycle and government tender processes.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client and site meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented
