We are looking for a

highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive

to manage and grow our dealer network across

3 districts

. This is a core field role where the candidate will act as the

brand representative of our company in the market

.

The role involves dealer acquisition, order generation, relationship management, payment follow-ups, and improving overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Market mapping and identifying

potential dealer locations

Appointing new dealers and expanding the distribution network Regular market visits and

weekly/monthly reporting

Generating orders and achieving sales targets Maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers Supporting dealers with

product knowledge, schemes, and offers

Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and schemes Coordinating with internal teams for

dispatch, stock, and billing

Ensuring

timely payment follow-ups and credit discipline

Acting as the company's

brand image

in the market

Candidate Profile

Self-motivated with a strong drive to

increase sales numbers

Willing to fight competition and grow market share Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently with

minimal supervision

Comfortable with extensive field work and travel across districts

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in

field sales / channel sales

Experience in

FMCG / Electronics / Home Appliances distribution

preferred

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

Basic knowledge of

MS Excel, WhatsApp, and sales reporting
