Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Visit potential customers and explain product/service offerings. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities. Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Increase sales by converting leads into customers. Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities, visits, and conversions. Promote the brand through events, campaigns, and promotional activities. Coordinate with the operations and sales team for smooth client onboarding. Meet monthly and quarterly targets assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements



Good communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork. Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and market analysis. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to travel. Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers also eligible based on skills).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
