The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves prospecting, presenting product/service solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Sales & Client Management
Present and promote products or services to potential customers.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations.
Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and follow up for payments.
3. Relationship Building
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
4. Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide insights and feedback to improve company offerings and sales strategies.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
