Roles and Responsibilities :
Handles direct customer interactions, product sales and Gold Saving Scheme (GSS) enrollments
Explain product details, gold/silver purity, and pricing to customers
Promote and enroll customers in the Gold Saving Scheme
Assist customers with customization orders in co-ordination with supervisors.
Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales value
Follow up with customers after store visits
