Job Description

Handles direct customer interactions, and product sales

Achieve individual sales targets for jewellery.

Explain product details, gold/silver purity, and pricing to customers.

Assist customers with customization orders in coordination with Supervisors.

Educate customers about proper jewellery handling and maintenance.

Maintain stock in good condition and ensure proper display.

Report unsuccessful deals or customer feedback to Supervisors/Manager.

Follow instructions from Supervisors and Managers.

Maintain polite and professional behaviour with colleagues and customers.

Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales value.

Follow up with customers after store visits.

Log reasons for unsuccessful deals and plan recovery actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
