Automobile 4-Wheeler Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable vehicle options.

Conducted test drives and explained vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Generate leads through cold calling, field marketing, Campaigns, networking, and referrals.

Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth buying experience.

Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.

Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan and documentation processes.

Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automobile sales, preferably in the 4-wheeler segment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing options, and market trends.

Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.

Valid driving license is mandatory.

Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

Proficiency in local language and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
