Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote diagnostic services (e.g., pathology tests, imaging services, health check-up packages) to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate decision-makers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. Conduct presentations, camps, and awareness programs to promote health services. Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales in CRM or reporting tools. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare or diagnostics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Target-driven with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in diagnostic center, pathology lab, or medical device sales. Local market knowledge and existing network in the healthcare community. Familiarity with basic medical terminology and diagnostic tests.
