Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. Actively seek out new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. Qualify leads to determine their needs and potential fit for our products/services.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions and recommendations. Act as a key point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts.

Sales Process Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Handle objections with confidence and address customer queries effectively.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Collaboration and Market Awareness:

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role ( Business Development Executive). Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both verbal and written). Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required; relevant experience can often substitute).

Preferred Skills:



Experience in B2B or B2C sales. FRESHERS ALSO ELIGIBLE Knowledge of specific industry products or services. Ability to adapt to evolving sales techniques and market dynamics.
