Achieving Sales Targets:

Sales Executives are expected to meet or exceed their assigned sales targets, which are typically set by Area Sales Managers (ASMs).

Building Relationships:

Maintaining strong relationships with existing milk distributors and actively seeking out new ones is crucial for driving sales.

Expanding Market Presence:

Identifying new routes, areas, and potential customers is vital for growing the company's market share.

Developing Sales Strategies:

Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to increase sales volume and market penetration.

Business Development:

Promoting new products, schemes, and promotions to distributors and customers.
Operational and Financial Responsibilities:

Cash and Tub Collections:

Ensuring that 100% of cash and milk tubs are collected from distributors.

Route Management:

Identifying and optimizing sales routes to efficiently cover assigned territories.

Reporting:

Providing regular reports to ASMs on sales performance, route coverage, and competitor activities.

Crates Management:

Responsible for the proper management and timely distribution of milk crates and related products.
Other Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and Appointing Agents:

Finding and onboarding new milk distributors (agents) in the assigned area.

Collecting Payments:

Ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from distributors.

Escalating Issues:

Identifying and escalating any problems related to collections, sales, or distribution to ASMs.

Monitoring Competitor Activities:

Keeping track of competitor promotions and sales strategies to adjust their own accordingly.

Providing Product Knowledge:

Understanding the company's products and their quality to effectively promote them to distributors.
