Steeloncall is the largest steel trading e-commerce space in India, breaking the traditional way of buying and selling steel products. We are currently looking for a sales and marketing executive for our organization. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, and set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
You need to influence people to buy steel online.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
Focus should be to increase the sales of the company.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements and skills
Proven 1 to 2 years of experience as a sales executive or in a relevant role
A bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields is preferred.
Proven sales experience, time management, & organizational abilities
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, & Telugu.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
Ability to Handle Calls: at least 150 to 300 calls per day
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
1 or 2+ years of expertise within the same domain: sales of STEEL
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Must totally focus on increasing the business by marketing strategies and estimating sales targets.
