Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting products/services.
Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for bulk gifting solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement departments of companies.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries in a timely manner.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors.
Assist in developing strategies to increase platform sales and customer engagement.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal gifting demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of online marketplaces, digital sales channels, and customer acquisition.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
