We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Executive / Sales Manager
to Join our sales team and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support brand initiatives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and forecast future sales.
Ensure the team adheres to company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in Hospitality field.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
