Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable electronic products
Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to influence purchase decisions
Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotions
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations accurately
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share feedback with the showroom manager
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in B2C sales, must be in an electronics showroom
Strong understanding of consumer electronics (TVs,home appliances,etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
High school diploma or higher; relevant sales training is an advantage
