Sales Executive
to join our team in the
Ambala office
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by building strong relationships with clients, managing end-to-end communication, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping. If you are a proactive learner with a sincere work ethic, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Initiating calls with potential and existing clients to pitch products/services and understand their requirements.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and daily reports.
Coordinating closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Working towards meeting and exceeding monthly/annual sales targets.
Keeping track of market trends and providing feedback to the management for process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Minimum
Graduate
in any stream.
Experience:
Minimum
2 years
of proven experience in a sales or business development role.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi/Punjabi).
Must be
Patient
and
Sincere
when dealing with client grievances or long sales cycles.
A
Proactive
approach with a strong willingness to be a
Good Learner
in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) for maintaining records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
