Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to represent Sinewaves Solutions' products and services to EPC contractors, primarily in the renewable energy segment (solar focus).

The role involves extensive field engagement and relationship-building across Haryana, Punjab and Himachal

This year's objective is brand building, networking, and market visibility

Key Responsibilities

Visit EPC contractors, renewable energy developers, and industrial clients across Tamil Nadu. Present company products, technical capabilities, and service solutions effectively. Build strong professional networks with stakeholders in the solar and renewable energy domain. Identify potential business opportunities and assist in lead qualification and proposal support. Coordinate with internal technical and management teams for customer engagement. Submit periodic visit reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Must be graduate Experience: Up to 1 years in Sales / Business Development / Marketing Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹4-5 LPA (based on experience) Sales Incentives: Attractive incentive structure over and above fixed pay Travel Allowance (TA/DA): As per company policy Insurance Coverage: Provided for the employee Probation: 3 months, followed by confirmation to permanent role Reporting To: Managing Director
