Job Description

Responsibility:



Manage client query on phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting (F2F). Effectively handle F2F meeting leading into a site visit and accompany customer during site visit. Negotiate terms during final negotiations and close the deal. Ensure that the bookings amount is collected and follow-up for documentation. Track and follow up for the payments and documents that are the due for the customers. Must have prior real estate sales exposure. Target-oriented. Handling sales enquiries received through various publicity campaigns. Acquisition of new prospective customers through constant interactions and through relationship building. Ensure successful implementation of sales and marketing strategy for maximum revenue and profitability. Ensuring better customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills with pleasant personality.

Experience

: Atleast 1years of experience in real estate only

(Freshers are allowed)
