Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for room inventory, packages, corporate retreats, weddings, and events
Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct site visits, familiarization (FAM) trips, and client meetings
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create customized proposals and packages
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain CRM data
Represent Tatva Hills Resorts at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
2-5 years of sales experience (hospitality, hotels, resorts, or travel industry preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
Knowledge of corporate sales, leisure travel, and event sales
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
