What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Generate sales by visiting dealers, fabricators, contractors, engineers, and builders. Assist in onboarding new dealers and supporting existing dealer points. Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects and convert them into sales. Promote Besguard products through regular field visits and product demonstrations. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall market growth. Coordinate with the sales team to execute local sales plans. Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the market. Earn attractive incentives for achieving sales above ?10 lakhs.

Qualifications & Experience

2-3 years of experience in field sales within the building materials or construction products industry. Experience in selling Rainwater Gutters / Pipes & Fittings / Roofing Sheets is preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle fieldwork and build strong customer relationships. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
