Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the air and sea freight sector.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver competitive freight quotations and proposals.
Collaborate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and networking opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records and report activity updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in sales within freight forwarding / logistics industry.
Strong understanding of Air & Sea Freight operations and pricing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
