Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Laptop & Electronics Salesperson to assist customers in selecting laptops, accessories, and electronic products. The role involves product demonstration, sales conversion, and providing excellent after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements (laptop, accessories, gadgets)
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly
Demonstrate laptops, tablets, printers, and related electronics
Compare brands and models to help customers make informed decisions
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations
Manage product display and showroom cleanliness
Maintain stock records and inform management of low inventory
Assist with warranty registration and basic troubleshooting
Handle customer queries, returns, and exchange requests politely
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of laptops, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and accessories
Customer-handling and persuasion skills
Sales-oriented mindset
Ability to explain technical details in simple language
Basic computer skills (billing software, MS Excel is a plus)
Qualifications:
Diploma / Graduate
IT or electronics background is an added advantage
Training will be provided for freshers
Experience:
1-3 years experience in electronics or retail sales
Freshers with interest in electronics are welcome
Work Location & Timings:
Retail showroom / electronics store
6 days working (shift-based)
