Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle sales of ready-made residential flats. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, explaining property details, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries for ready-to-move residential flats
Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers
Explain flat specifications, pricing, payment plans, and amenities
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
Negotiate and close property deals as per company guidelines
Coordinate with legal, accounts, and documentation teams
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in real estate or construction sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Experience in residential flat sales preferred
Ability to handle walk-in clients and channel partners
Knowledge of booking process, agreements, and documentation
Target-oriented and customer-centric approach
