About the Role:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving showroom sales, assisting customers in product selection, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience within the store.
Key Role Objectives:
Greet walk-in customers and assist them in selecting suitable branded watches as per their preferences and requirements.
Explain product features, warranty details, and brand highlights to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and up-selling.
Handle billing, payment processing, and product display management.
Maintain the showroom's cleanliness, product arrangement, and stock reporting.
Support promotional campaigns, in-store offers, and new product launches.
Address customer queries, feedback, and after-sales service support when required.
Maintain customer data and contribute to building a loyal client base.
Basic Requirements:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in retail showroom sales, preferably in watches, jewellery, garments, or luxury retail.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Pleasant personality, sales-oriented attitude, and team spirit.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Office preferred.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per showroom operations.
Salary:
15,000 to 25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
