Job Description


The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales in accordance with the company\'s objectives. As the primary driver of business, the Sales Executive acts as a brand ambassador, identifying and promoting the company to new customers. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the product range and services, allowing the Sales Executive to provide tailored solutions to clients.

Responsibilities: * Achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Possess complete knowledge of Elixir products, business cycles, and policies, including pricing.
  • Generate leads for the assigned territory and update CRM daily.
  • Build business in the assigned territory by identifying and selling to prospects, maintaining client relationships.
  • Stay informed about the competition\'s products, clients, pricing, and payment conditions, providing regular updates to management.
  • Identify product improvements or new expectations based on industry trends and market activities.
  • Generate inquiries and orders, enter them into the system, and follow up with the design and production team until delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding Server Racks, Network Racks, and Networking Cables from Elixir Network.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain a minimum customer rating of 4 out of 5 on the company\'s website and social media handles.
  • Willingly take up new areas assigned as part of the company\'s expansion plan.
  • Provide timely reports and exemplify teamwork as part of the Elixir culture.
  • Create at least two testimonial videos/written testimonials from new or existing clients monthly.

Education:
  • B.A/B.Com/BBA or equivalent in the field of sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in any manufacturing/service company is a must.
  • Working knowledge of computers and modern communication devices.
