Position: Sales Executive Agri Location: Rajkot / Surat
Reporting: Business Development Manager
Job Objective: Accomplish activities related to market development and achieve targeted market share in the assigned geography
Responsibilities: Prospecting, Farmer Meetings, Chanel Appointment and Management, Order generation, Provide Training and After sales service to the customer, Market Mapping and Reporting. Deliverables: % target achievement of sales, timely accomplishment of various tasks to generate sales, Market development as per the agreed plan Skills and Competencies \xe2\x80\x93 local language, Numerical abilities, read and write English, MS office, Confidence, Interpersonal skills, perseverance, commercial thinking. Attitude: Sincere, customer orientation, mindset to work in tough conditions.
Min Education: BE \xe2\x80\x93 Any Specialization / MBA or Diploma with Agri Business Management will be an added advantage. Experience: 5-7 Years of working as a Sales /Business Development person in rural areas with direct responsibility of sales targets.
