Devakinandana Agri LLP is dedicated to promoting sustainable natural farming, we are doing natrual farming approx 800+ ha area in Gujarat. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to Agriculture crop sales and B2B market linkages.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with franchiser, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.
Conduct market research to analyze demand, pricing trends, and consumer preferences.
Plan and execute logistics, and quality control strategies for fresh produce.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales, promotions, and branding of fresh produce.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and agricultural best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or related fields.
Strong understanding of fresh Agri crop, fruits and vegetables supply chain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel to farms, markets, and buyers as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural development.
