The Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales by visiting clients in the field. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a passion for achieving targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers through field visits and networking.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ideal Profile
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
