We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive - Agency (Motor & Non-Motor)
to join our growing General Insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, licensing, and activating IRDA agents while managing relationships to drive both top-line and bottom-line growth in the Motor and Non-Motor insurance segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Licensing:
Identify, recruit, and license qualified agents in accordance with IRDA guidelines.
Agent Activation:
Ensure timely activation of agents and support them in generating regular business.
Business Development:
Drive sales through agency channels, focusing on both Motor and Non-Motor General Insurance products.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing agents to enhance business volume.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets as per the company's business plan.
Training & Development:
Guide and mentor agents to improve their performance and align with company goals.
Market Intelligence:
Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of GI (Motor & Non-Motor) products.
Hands-on experience in recruitment and activation of IRDA agents.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
