The Sales Executive will play a key role in establishing the clinic's presence in the community and ensuring steady patient growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the local community and target markets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and other outreach efforts.
Qualify leads by assessing the needs of potential patients and understanding how the clinic's services can meet those needs.
Sales Presentations & Consultations:
Conduct in-person meetings with potential patients, partners, or organizations to present the clinic's services.
Highlight the clinic's unique selling points (USPs) and how services will benefit the client and community.
Offer personalized consultations to potential patients based on their specific aesthetic and wellness needs.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with patients, local businesses, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Build trust and rapport to create repeat business and referrals.
Maintain a positive image of the clinic within the community through professional networking.
Promoting Clinic Services:
Actively promote clinic services such as consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and wellness programs to potential clients.
Educate the public on the clinic's specialties, pricing, and benefits.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials and campaigns align with the clinic's offerings.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
Track all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and conversions, using CRM software.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Customer Service & Patient Retention:
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
Address patient feedback promptly and professionally to improve retention and patient experience.
Market Research:
Conduct research on the competitive landscape and patient needs to identify growth opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the clinic's management, medical team, and marketing department to align sales strategies with overall clinic objectives.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in sales and client management, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
Knowledge:
Understanding of healthcare services and the ability to effectively communicate the clinic's offerings to clients.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in sales or customer service are advantageous.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
