Experience Required
- 2-3 years (mandatory) in advertising or media sales

Role Objective:
To drive revenue by selling advertising and media solutions including outdoor, LED, digital, and print media to corporate and local business clients. The role requires active client acquisition, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Advertising Sales (Core Role)
Sell
outdoor advertising solutions
such as hoardings, LED screens, media scales, and branding formats
Pitch
digital marketing solutions
and promotional products where applicable
Handle
newspaper and print media advertising
sales
Understand client branding needs and recommend the right media mix
2. Client Handling & Deal Closure
Generate leads through market visits, references, and inquiries
Conduct
face-to-face client meetings and sales presentations
Negotiate commercials and
close deals independently
Follow up on proposals until final closure
3. Sales Strategy & Performance
Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion ratio
4. Market & Competition Awareness
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends
Provide market feedback to improve product positioning
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain sales reports, client data, and deal documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
Work as per defined
commission and incentive structure
Mandatory Skill Requirements:

direct sales experience in advertising / media industry
Strong knowledge of:
Outdoor advertising (hoardings, LED, branding formats)
Media sales & advertising products
Digital marketing solutions (basic to intermediate understanding)
Proven ability to
pitch, negotiate, and close deals
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Target-driven and commission-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
Advertising Agencies, Outdoor Media Companies, Digital Marketing Firms, or Media Houses
B2B sales exposure
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
Compensation
Fixed salary +
performance-based commission
Incentives linked directly to closures and revenue
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
