Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, smart, and service-oriented Sales Associates to help advertisers choose the most effective media solutions at the right locations. This role involves lead generation, client interaction, site visits, and closing sales in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell advertising solutions to new and existing clients Convince prospective clients about the suitability of media options based on their requirements Handle inbound and outbound leads through CRM and cold calling Conduct direct phone calls and arrange client site visits Guide clients in selecting the right media at the best price and terms Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referral leads Generate leads through canopy activities and promotional campaigns Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and client satisfaction Resolve customer queries and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction Track sales activities and update CRM regularly

Desired Candidate Profile

Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-focused, confident, and trustworthy personality Comfortable with cold calling and field sales activities Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to learn and grow in the advertising sales domain
