Job Summary
We're looking for a self-driven Sales Executive to join our admission team at RMSBusinessSchoolGurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments by actively promoting our management programs, engaging with prospective students, and driving admissions. The Sales Executive works closely with the admissions and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets, maintain strong relationships with students and parents, and uphold the institute's reputation for excellence. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to excel, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote the institute's programs to prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, events, and digital outreach.
Generate qualified leads and effectively convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Counsel students regarding course options, eligibility, career opportunities, and the overall admission process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and industry partners to enhance outreach and brand visibility.
Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets while contributing to marketing campaigns and admission-driven activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to support strategic planning and improve admissions performance.
Required Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with team to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong sales orientation, goal-driven approach and self-motivated.
Customer-centric attitude with high emotional intelligence
Strong knowledge of management education and industry trends
Languages: English, Hindi
Qualifications & Experience
MBA or relevant degree
2+ years of experience in admissions, counseling and sales ( Ed-Tech/education sector preferred)
Compensation
Salary:
?3.6 L - ?6.0 L per annum

Timings: 10:00 AM - 6 PM
