Job Summary
Digital Azadi is looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive
with at least
1 year of experience in the education or EdTech sector
. The candidate will be responsible for student enrollment, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets through effective counseling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about Digital Azadi's educational programs and courses
Convert leads into enrollments through calls, follow-ups, and in-person interactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Build strong relationships with prospective students and partners
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for lead management
Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Participate in campus visits, seminars, and promotional events (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience in educational / EdTech sales
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
Ability to work onsite and meet sales targets
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
