Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales & Conversion



Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and events. Provide detailed information on study-abroad programs, universities, courses, and countries. Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

2. Student Counselling



Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student needs, academic background, and career goals. Recommend suitable universities, courses, and study destinations. Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, and scholarship opportunities. Stay updated on country-specific visa rules (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).

4. Customer Service & Relationship Management



Provide continuous support to students and parents throughout the admission and visa process. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals. Follow up with students after enrollment to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Marketing & Outreach



Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, and promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns. Represent the company professionally and enhance brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in student counselling, overseas education, or sales (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes. Proficiency with CRM/lead management software is a plus.
