We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about guiding students in their overseas education journey. This role involves counselling, lead follow-up, and supporting students throughout their application process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on overseas education -- courses, universities, admission & visa requirements.
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries; follow up and convert leads into counselling sessions and applications.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and coordination with international universities.
Maintain and update student data, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM.
Work closely with senior counsellors/management on outreach, marketing, and meeting enrollment targets.
Skills & Qualities Required
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English; local language is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and student-handling abilities.
Basic customer-service/sales mindset -- active follow-ups and conversions.
Detail-oriented and organized in managing documents and student records.
Passionate about overseas education with a willingness to learn.
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience --
