Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Coordinate with the field sales team and support them with documentation.
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle basic negotiation and pricing queries in coordination with seniors.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain records of sales, invoices, dispatch, and payments.
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of goods.
Manage filing, documentation, and daily office administration.
Follow up on pending payments with clients.
Support HR and management in day-to-day admin tasks.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales support/admin preferred.
Knowledge of Busy or ERP software is a plus.
