Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present products/services.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Keep records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
