Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Person with experience in the Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, providing them with proper solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing.

Client Interaction:

Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide suitable solutions.

Sales Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Assist in preparing agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.

Market Research:

Stay updated on the local .

Sales Reporting:

Maintain and update records of sales, prospects, and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Customer Relationship Management:
