Key Roles & Responsibilities
Initiating calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products or services.
Responding to customer queries about products or the company and making suitable recommendations based on needs.
Accurately recording customer details, updating databases, and documenting conversations.
Processing and submitting customer orders efficiently.
Generating leads for the outside sales team to follow up.
Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction with services to foster repeat business.
Handling complaints, troubleshooting issues, and preserving the company's reputation by resolving queries.
Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Keeping up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to inform and persuade customers.
Using sales scripts as needed and adapting approaches based on customer responses.
Creating and presenting sales reports as required.
Required Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling abilities.
Languages -- English , Hindi , Telugu & Other Languages
Problem-solving and negotiation skills, with an aptitude for handling rejections.
Customer service focus and ability to build rapport quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
