Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Customer Handling



Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements. Explain product features, variants, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers. Conduct test rides and highlight key differentiators of the brand. Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

B. Lead Management



Follow up on leads from walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and online sources. Maintain proper records in CRM/DMS. Conduct follow-up calls for hot and warm leads.

C. Documentation & Delivery



Assist customers with loan/finance documentation. Coordinate with finance companies, RTO agents, and insurance teams. Ensure smooth delivery process including PDI, accessories fitment, and documentation.

D. Post-Sales Support



Ensure customer onboarding, warranty explanation, and service reminders. Follow up for feedback and referral sales. Assist in resolving customer queries, if any.

E. Showroom Operations



Maintain updated product knowledge, price lists, color options, and offers. Ensure display bikes are clean and properly presented. Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
