Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer management, conducting site visits, and driving sales closures for our farmland projects. This role requires strong communication skills, field experience, and the ability to understand customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers through calls, inquiries, and field activities.
Conduct farmland site visits and clearly explain project features, benefits, and processes.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead flow.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, meetings, and sales progress in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (real estate/agriculture/farmland sales preferred).
Any Bachelor's degree (B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Sc. or equivalent).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Willingness to travel for site visits and field engagements.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage).
