Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, Production unit, and direct clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Meet potential clients, present company services, and develop customized proposals and quotations.
Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover of closed projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the interior or construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong network in the real estate, architecture, or interior design community is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
Preferred:
Experience working with high-end residential or commercial interior projects.
Knowledge of local market and regulatory requirements.
