About Us: Tutree India Technologies Pvt Ltd is a non-profit organization providing high-qualitycoding education for children aged 5-15. We are expanding our reach internationally and seeking a dedicated International Sales Manager (Academic Counselor) to engage with parents, provide academic guidance, and support our mission of making quality education accessible.

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct calls with parents to introduce Tutree's coding programs for kids aged 5- 15.


Act as an academic counselor, helping parents understand how coding education benefits their child's future.


Assess parents' educational goals and provide customized course recommendations based on their child's needs and interests.


Build rapport with parents, answer their questions, and alleviate concerns to promote program enrollment.


Follow up consistently to reinforce the value of coding skills and address any additional questions or concerns.


Meet or exceed sales and enrollment targets, supporting Tutree's mission.


Maintain detailed records of interactions, course recommendations, and follow-up actions to ensure a personalized experience.

Requirements


Excellent English communication skills and persuasive abilities.


Proven experience in sales or academic counseling, preferably in the education sector.


Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and consultative approach to engaging parents via video calls.


Excellent follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.


Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
